1-2-1 Coaching Sessions

I offer one-to-one support and motivation services tailored to your individual needs and background. A typical coaching session lasts for 60 minutes and it’s during these sessions that I work towards supporting you on your journey from where you are now to where you would like to be.

I believe that everyone is different and my focus is always on you as the person, working together to achieve positive change in your life.

I take the time to listen, reflect, and unravel your thoughts and feelings, helping you to take small and meaningful steps towards achieving lasting change in your life. This is achieved through conversation, introspection, reflection, and exploration to help you discover what change might look like.
